Saxophonist Bill Evans and guitarist Ulf Wakenius are world-class musicians whose careers have been heavily influenced by performing with 20th century jazz legends.
Bill Evans made his debut on the international music scene in the 1980s with Miles Davis and they went on to make six albums together. Miles Davis stated: “Bill is one of the greatest musicians I’ve come upon.”
Ulf Wakenius was guitarist in the quartet of the Oscar Peterson for almost 11 years, until Peterson’s death in 2007. Oscar Peterson publicly described Ulf Wakenius as one of the greatest guitarists alive in the world today.
