Snart är det dags att njuta av jazzkonserter på årets Ystad Sweden Jazz

Festival. Vi ser mycket fram emot att ses!

För er som har köpt dagskort, en eller flera biljetter till konserterna i Charlottenlunds slottspark den 4 augusti, kommer här viktig information.

Sittplatser

Slottsparken är utformad som en naturlig amfiteater. Det går utmärkt att ta med sig egna stolar eller filtar att sitta på.

Vi säljer också sittplatser på stolar framför scenen. Sittplatserna till Tommy Körberg-konserten är utsålda, men till Mezzoforte och Eric Gadd- konserterna går det ännu att boka sittplatser. Erbjudande om detta erhålles vid biljettköp.

Picknick

Slottsparken är som gjord för picknick! Vi har förberett för att göra det enkelt för er!

OBS! Drycker får inte medföras in på festivalområdet.

Här du kan köpa nygrillat, öl, vin, alkoholfritt, kaffe/te och kaka under hela dagen.

Pickniklåda

Snittar med gravad lax och ricottaröra, matmuffin med skinka och tomat, kyckling i pitabröd med avokadodressing, sesampanerad kycklingklubba, grönsaksstavar, pastasallad med tomat, spenat och örtdressing. Mini- Grignontons, korv med Parmesan. Focaccia med oliver, squash och mozzarella. Liten söt kaka, kaffe/te.

Hitta

Charlottenlunds slott ligger ca 9 km väster om Ystad och ca 2,5 km väster om Svarte.

Parkering

Parkeringsplatserna är begränsade så det är bra om man försöker samåka med goda vänner som också skall till Charlottenlund.

Det kommer inte att vara möjligt att nå parkeringarna söderifrån, från Västra kustvägen (väg 9), under pågående konserter. Då kör man in mot Charlottenlund enbart norrifrån.

Cykla

Det finns en fin naturskön cykelväg längs havet, från Ystad och från Trelleborg.

Festivalbuss

Ett mycket bra alternativ är att åka med festivalbussen från Ystad. Den är anpassad till varje konsert, gör stopp vid Svarte station, och återvänder till Ystad efter konserterna.

I pauserna

Fyll på med mer god mat och dryck! Om det är varmt, behöver kroppen vätska.

Dreamcars öppnar enbart för er, så ni kan beundra snygga gamla

”amerikanare” och drömma er tillbaka till svunnen tid.

JazzShopen har givetvis öppet!

Vi är hemma hos familjen Lachmann, som välvilligt har ställt slottsparken till festivalens förfogande, för avslutningen på den 15:e jazzfestivalen.

Var omtänksam om deras trädgård och använd avsedda behållare för skräp. Om nöden tränger på, finns det mobila toaletter.

Dear jazz festival visitors!!

It will soon be time to enjoy the concerts at this year’s Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival. We looking forwards to see you.

Below is important information for those of you who have bought one or more tickets for the concerts at Charlottenlund Castle Park:

Seats

The Castle Park forms a natural amphitheatre. You are welcome to bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on. Seating in front of the stage can also be purchased. Seats can be booked at the same time as tickets. Seats to last koncert with Tommy Körberg seats are sold out.

Picnic

The park is an ideal place for a picnic.

However, please note: It is not permitted to take any type of drink into the area. Wine, beer and alcohol-free alternatives will be on sale.

At our festival barbecue in the park, you can buy hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

You can also pre-order delicious food in picnic boxes:

Picnic box:

Canapés with cured salmon and ricotta mix, savoury muffin with ham and tomato, chicken in pita bread with avocado dressing, sesame-coated chicken drumstick and vegetable sticks, pasta salad with tomato, spinach and herb dressing. Sausage mini-grignotons with Parmesan. Focaccia bread with olives, squash and mozzarella. Small sweet cake, coffee/tea.

Vegetarian picnic box:

Feta cheese pies with melon salad, vegetable sticks, pasta salad with tomato, spinach and herb dressing. Focaccia bread with olives, squash and mozzarella. Small sweet cake, coffee/tea.

Find

Charlottenlund is about 9 km west of Ystad and about 2.5 km west of Svarte.

Please note: Parking spaces are limited. So, it is advisable to try to car-share with good friends who are also going to Charlottenlund.

There is also a pleasant scenic cycle path, from Ystad and Trelleborg.

A very good alternative is to take the festival’s bus from Ystad. The timetable is adapted to each concert, the bus also stops at Svarte Station, and there are trips back from Charlottenlund to Ystad after each concert.

Between the concerts, you can visit Dreamcars, which is open for festival-goers to view an array of classic American cars.

And, of course, the JazzShop will be open!

The concert venue is the home of the Lachman family, who have given us the use of the castle park for a day of concerts as a fitting end to the 15th jazz festival.

Please show consideration for their garden and dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided. Portable toilet facilities will be available on site.
