“Bluesette” by Birgitta Glenmark – A unique artwork donation to the Festival

Birgitta Glenmark has named this year’s artwork “Bluesette” and generously donated it to the festival. The piece is an acrylic on canvas, measuring 69 x 73 cm.

The artwork will be auctioned off during the festival days via ystadjazz.se.

Estimate: 19,000 SEK

The auction will conclude at Ystad Theatre on Saturday, August 3rd, at 20:30.

Bids received:
Jazzartist 2023, Karl Valve, has donated the original work of art ”Reflections of Jazz” to the jazz festival.
Format 87 x 125 cm. Photo transfer on plexiglass mounted on polished aluminium, which creates a three-dimensional effect.
The auction ends at Saturday 5 Aug at 20.00. After final bidding, the artwork went to Ivo & Astrid Banek for SEK 13,000. We congratulate the winners!
