Day two at Charlottenlund kicks off with one of Sweden’s most popular vocalists – Jill Johnson. She is best known as a pop and country singer but in her big band collaborations with conductor Anders Berglund she also ventures into jazz with a repertoire that includes songs from the Great American Songbook. Their past collaborations include a sell-out concert with the Monday Night Big Band at YSJF in 2019.

Jill Johnson is a diverse artist who has moved effortlessly between genres as a singer and songwriter in a musical career spanning over 30 years. She toured Scandinavia as a teenager with a country & western group, had her first pop hit in 1996 and represented Sweden in the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest.
